By placing an order through Buddha Buddhism, you agree to the following policies. We define these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to domestic orders in the United States.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with the original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@buddha-buddhism.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (Directly to our supplier in China). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@buddha-buddhism.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are at your expense.

We may ask you to return the product directly to the manufacturing factory. Please note that these shipments will incur higher costs during your postage.

5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on returns.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded for the full amount of your order.

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund. (The average refund processing time is 3 to 5 business days after receiving the approval email).
